Mended Hearts is an all volunteer support network of heart patients, families and caregivers, who are available to offer you and your family support, during and after, your heart related medical crisis. Our 260 chapters across the country and Canada are affiliated with The American Heart Association. You will find that our members are grateful to be alive and eager to help others. Our members have outstanding and unique credentials - they have "been there" themselves!

Our trained and accredited Mended Hearts Visitors meet "Heart to Heart" with pre-op and post-op surgical heart patients at Banner Baywood Heart Hospital in Mesa, Arizona offering what money cannot buy, hope and encouragement.
Mended Hearts functions to offer help, support, and encouragement to heart disease patients and their families

Chapter 297 in Mesa also has regular monthly general meetings where heart disease patients and their families come together for support, to listen to special heart related speakers, and share knowledge and friendship. The general meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday each month at 7PM at the Mesa General Hospital at 515 Mesa Dr,  in Mesa, Arizona. Please join us!!
